★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita qué me atendió por teléfono no sabia pronunciar los nombres de los diferentes exámenes qué quería cotizar y me pidió que esperara un momento y me dejo allí hasta que se corto la llamada no he visitado sus instalaciones pero el servicio telefónico es muy malo
 The lady who attended me on the phone did not know how to pronounce the names of the different exams that I wanted to quote and asked me to wait a moment and she left me there until the call was cut I have not visited her facilities but the telephone service is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el sábado 15 de enero a hacerle una prueba de antigeno covid a mi hijo en la sucursal de copernico y no la realizan bien , tomaron la muestra muy rápido y casi de la punta de la nariz y en 5 minutos me dijeron que era negativo como que tenían prisa de cerrar aparte la tomó un señor que no parecía trabar ahí y el precio está caro.
I went on Saturday, January 15 to do a covid antigen test on my son at the Copernicus branch and they did not do it well, they took the sample very quickly and almost from the tip of the nose and in 5 minutes they told me it was negative as that they were in a hurry to close apart, it was taken by a man who did not seem to work there and the price is expensive.
