Pésimo servicio
They take you to deliver the results, they assign you an hour and tell you to wait another hour in what they have, in the end, they tell you to go another day for them.

Too bad, I arrived at 7:20 am with my samples and it was closed, they should change their opening hours if they are not going to be punctual.
