★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención me dieron unos resultados que no coinciden en lo más mínimo con dos que me hicieron anteriormente en diferentes laboratorios, les pedí que los checaran y volvieran a realizar la prueba y su respuesta de la sra que atiende el teléfono fue que ellos no se equivocan, no vayan a realizarse ninguna prueba relacionada con covid no son nada confiables sus resultados
 They gave me very bad attention, they gave me results that do not coincide in the least with two that they did previously in different laboratories, I asked them to check them and take the test again and their response from the lady who answers the phone was that they were not wrong , do not carry out any tests related to covid, your results are not reliable at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no hay protocolos sanitarios para prevenir contagios, nadie te orienta, todos de mala gana, hay mucha afluencia de gente, familias enteras acompañando a 1 paciente, hay que salir de las instalaciones e ir a un edificio que esta cruzando la calle para que te puedan hacer la prueba PCR ahi la cosa esta peor, cero sana distancia aun sabiendo que ahi asisten probables infectados por Covid.
Terrible care, there are no health protocols to prevent infections, no one guides you, all reluctantly, there is a large influx of people, entire families accompanying 1 patient, you have to leave the facilities and go to a building that is across the street to that they can do the PCR test there, things are worse, zero healthy distance even knowing that there are probable people infected by Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a la hora de entregar resultados, me pidieron mi correo y que no pudieron enviar los resultados, me llamaron para pedirme otro correo y no he recibido los resultados que según las personas que envían los resultados desde las 5:45 pm ya se habían enviado correo, marque para que nuevamente me enviaran los resultados que me urgen y nada.
Tendré que acudir personalmente a la sucursal para recogerlos!

La persona que está en rayos x, no tiene la conciencia, ni el conocimiento del daño que puede causar cuando una persona ya lleva un daño óseo, y lo forzó, lo manipuló y esto evidentemente género más daño y por ende más dolor. Era nuestro laboratorio por cercanía pero ahora no lo recomiendo. Personal poco capacitado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el estacionamiento es muy pequeño por lo que esta saturado, no respetan las citas agendadas, tenia una cita a las 8:30 y la toma de muestra la realizaron hasta las 9:30.
Recomiendo que se capacite al personal que toma muestras de sangre en lo que respecta al manejo de menores de edad.
Esto fue en el laboratorio ubicado en calzada de Tlalpan 2582

Pedí que mandaran mis resultados de un ultrasonido a mi médico, pero me dijeron que solo se mandaba la interpretación, que las imágenes las recogiera en sucursal, llegué a sucursal a recogerlos y después de una hora de espera me dicen que ya habían mandado todo a mi medico. Pésima atención, me hicieron perder mi valioso tiempo y para nada. y en lugar de disculparse, dicen que no es su responsabilidad.
