★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían capacitar a sus empleados para evitar errores, y ser más eficientes al momento de realizar los procesos.
El día sábado me realice unos estudios en esta sucursal, me retiré del establecimiento a las 8:30 a.m.; a las 11:00 aprox recibo otra llamada para informarme que a la chica se le paso comentarme que tenia que firmar una carta responsiva para poder realizarme el estudio; comprendí que un error lo tiene cualquiera.
A la hora aprox me vuelve a llamar y me comenta que se le paso cobrarme uno de los estudios, y que no lo iba a realizar hasta que no se pagará.
Acordé que no había ningún problema, que pasaba el Lunes a pagar y a firmar, no por ella; si no porque necesitaba los estudios.
El día Lunes recibi nuevamente una llamada del laboratorio, para ver si iba a pasar; cuando ya le habia mencionado que sí.

On Monday I received a call from the laboratory again, to see if it was going to happen; when I had already mentioned yes.
