Excellent service! Very friendly, fast and painless

Terrible service from this company that seems to be doing you a favor, when you are paying for services. A service was requested which was performed, first they told me that it would be performed at 7:30 am and they arrived almost at 9am. The guy who attended me agreed to send me the results 8 hours later, I asked him if they issued invoices and he told me that yes, just pass my data on the same day and that's it. I went through the process and they told me that they would send it to me the same day, which has been requested since the 18th and to date they have not sent it to me, all the time they say that after a while or during the day and so far nothing at all they refuse to send invoices, the results are only given to you because you are behind them, otherwise they don't even send them to you. I pass the time elapsed and they did not send it to me, just because I was behind them they send it to me and when you dial to request they answer you reluctantly or divert calls. Mr. Jorge Otero, according to quality, agreed to send me the invoice in one day and only excuses. If you want to perform any analysis or other laboratory service I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
