Appalling. I called to get information about 4D ultrasounds and they told me to go without an appointment, I went and they told me it would take about two hours but I could not leave and come back because I would lose my shift. When they finally passed me, the radiologist who took care of me, did not let me see her while she was doing the study, so I could not see my baby, but she told me that everything would come on the CD and I could see it more closely. I asked when he measured and weighed and he said he could not know with this study. He did not help me get up, much less offered me paper to clean my tummy. He also did not let me ask him questions and answer questions he had about my baby. I went for my results the next day, and on the CD there was no video, only images that were printed on the plates, and on the sheet with the conclusions, the interpretation was wrong. I'm staying with the Metro Puebla branch, the radiologist there, it's great. Rome branch, not recommended at all.

The prices are accessible, the facilities are adequate, the appliances are very good But the service is very slow! Not only that: there is no one to explain anything and only the entrance police help you a little (just a little). It took more than an hour for my data to be taken. Ouch

Terrible service, I don't recommend it. I was going to contrast tomography and I went on Sunday and they told me that that day they are not done with contrast and I had to be available if I came or not to the happy Dr. Horrible genius receptionists !!

A lousy service in terms of waiting time. Accompany my mom to have blood tests and a chest x-ray and it took her incredibly 4 hours to take the x-ray !!! On the pretext that they were performing a bone densitometry. I am honestly very disappointed in the labs. I do not recommend them if you are in a hurry, or if your patient feels bad, besides, the lady who is at the computer in the morning takes a long time. Also, they take turns and anyway they pass the patients in the order they want. Terrible service.

You can not schedule an appointment to do some studies such as structural ultrasound, which is why they do the rounds in vain if there is no place to do the study. The reception staff has a terrible attention and they even lose their studies when they go to pick up, which delays the delivery of results even more.

The laboratory has a lousy service. When it comes to waiting for your studies nobody knows how long you are going to wait, first they tell you 40 minutes, and after that time, you have two more hours of waiting. When I complained at the reception the ladies took a despotic attitude. Upon receiving my study, my family doctor tells me that the interpretation of the plaques is incorrect and I return to the laboratory where no one knows who can attend to me. called (they never did). I go back to the lab to talk to the manager, who turns out to be another pushy person, and they explain that maybe something can be corrected. The solution was given to me a month after the study was done, and reluctantly ... Dealing with these types of people and companies is not worth the money you can save.
