Mucha plática y poca acción :( The people at the reception have terrible customer service and treatment, they do not know how to keep an order, they take a long time to update the shift, since it is for tokens. Lots of talk and little action :(

Aún así siempre hay mucha gente con todo y el terrible trato en recepción It is incredible that they have 3 people at the reception and they make you wait 4 minutes per person attending only one at a time. Even so there are always many people with everything and the terrible treatment at reception

El señor que está en la entrada es muy amable, te rocía con sanitizante antes de entrar. (No olvides llevar tu cubrebocas). Te da una ficha y esperas tu turno para pasar a ventanilla. Ahí las señoritas muy amables, para dar precio, cobrarte y darte instrucciones. Me realicé dos estudios. El Ultrasonido diré que ha sido el mejor que me han realizado, el doctor muy amable me mostró y explicó todo lo que le pregunté. Definitivamente volvería ir ahí. They sent me from the Amalucan branch for this one, and the truth is, I couldn't be more grateful. The man at the entrance is very kind, he sprays you with sanitizer before entering. (Don't forget to bring your mask). He gives you a token and you wait your turn to go to the window. There the very kind ladies, to give a price, charge you and give you instructions. I did two studies. I will say that the ultrasound has been the best that I have had, the very kind doctor showed me and explained everything I asked him. I would definitely go there again.
