I went to do an exam on behalf of a company with which they have an agreement. The treatment I received from all the staff was very good, they were extremely friendly, the doctor was very clear in his recommendations for the work he could and could not do. I highly recommend them.

A shame for their lack of ethics and professionalism, a requested home service was not fulfilled which only made us waste our time waiting and that is a lack of respect.

Asistí a hacerme la prueba covid y me dieron una pronta y adecuada atención desde la llamada (estuve marcando a muchos laboratorios que anuncian pruebas covid y atendían de mala gana o me informaban que no estaban realizando pruebas siendo que así lo anunciaban)
Asisti a realizarme la prueba y la persona que esta encargada de hacer la recolección de las muestras te atiende de una forma muy profesional y amable, con todas las medidas de higiene adecuadas a las necesidades actuales.
El resultado me lo dieron en el lapso de una hora; haciéndome llegar dicho resultado via whatsapp .

I attended to take the covid test and they gave me prompt and adequate attention from the call (I was dialing many laboratories that announce covid tests and they attended reluctantly or informed me that they were not performing tests when they announced it)
I attended to perform the test and the person who is in charge of collecting the samples attends you in a very professional and friendly way, with all the appropriate hygiene measures for current needs.
The result was given to me within an hour; sending me said result via whatsapp.
