Excellent facilities and excellent service...very friendly and cordial, especially a lady who reminded me of this laboratory...her quality of service is excellent...and they give discounts to senior citizens...if they present their Inapam card. ..highly recommended...and excellent protocols...loved it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones muy bien pero el personal es insufrible, la chica de recepción estaba enferma de tos y el que le tomo la muestra a mi hija nos atendio bien pero su uniforme blanco estaba más bien marrón.
Facilities very good but the staff is insufferable, the girl at the reception was sick with a cough and the one who took the sample from my daughter treated us well but her white uniform was rather brown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención pronta, solo atender de manera uniforme y organizar mejor el acceso con vehículo, ya que llego un punto en que no entraban en la línea de espera todos los vehículos y te hacían bajar para que fuera más rápido y no fue asi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficiente la operación y logística para agilizar la toma para todos los que ahí asistimos. Cuenta con toma desde el auto, lo que contribuye al cuidado y se expone uno menos. Y el resultado el mismo día ya en la noche. El formato que maneja permite que se integren datos dependiendo de la actividad para la que se va a requerir la prueba, y también resultados en inglés... muy útil.
