Pero demoran demasiado en contestar las líneas, lo mejor sería que cada sucursal tuviera su propio teléfono y también en que no te estén preguntando lo mismo una y otra vez. El personal es amable pero me tocó una joven que toma muestras, no me dolió nada pero me sacó un chorro de sangre y me dejó moretón por más de una semana, y lo peor fue trauma de ver sangre escurrida de mi brazo en varios lados.
Prices are affordable. But they take too long to answer the lines, the best thing would be for each branch to have its own phone and also if they are not asking you the same thing over and over again. The staff is friendly but I was touched by a young woman who takes samples, it did not hurt anything but it took a jet of blood and left me bruised for more than a week, and the worst was trauma of seeing blood drained from my arm on several sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pongo una estrella solo por que la recepción es pasable PERO la chica que le tomó la muestra a mi hija tardo un montón y nisiquiera así fue capaz de sacar lo suficiente para las pruebas, luego le dijo a mi hija que había niños más chicos que ella que se quejaban menos,mi hija tiene 4 años, seguido de eso que tenían que volver a picarla por que no era sufiente y que mejor la iban a amarrar para poder sacarle la muestra.
Si no tienen la capacidad de ser empaticas tomando en cuenta que el niño esta enfermo y que repito es un niño, mejor deberían dedicarse a solo tratar con adultos.
Terrible servicio.
Ya la habían picado una vez si no créame que no me hubiera quedado.
Y del precio ni hablamos en la página dice 25% y solo te hacen el 20% en el laboratorio.
