★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuanta negligencia. Te piden estudios previos en disco y aparte de que te los roban, afirmando que te los entregaron y tu fuiste el pendejo que los perdió. No te hacen los estudios, son copias de otros estudios de pacientes. Puesto que el día que se recogieron los estudios el ultrasonido era el mismo que el de la otra persona de junto. Se reclamo y sólo se nos ignoró y groseramente un señor que atiende nos amenazó. Ojala los quiten. Hay mejores opciones de laboratorio por la zona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es laboratorio pésimo te hacen comprar una tarjeta de descuento y finalmente te sale lo mismo, el horario es pésimo, según ellos cierran a las 3 pm, llegue en punto y ya estaba cerrado, la verdad busquen otra opción sale mas economico y con mejor atención

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les preguntas el horario de ciertos estudios, llegas a la clínica Tlalpan y te dan la noticia que precisamente en ese momento la máquina está en mantenimiento y que regreses al otro día. Te lo dicen con tal cinismo y se sienten tan impunes. Qué irresponsables! no tenemos todo el día para esperarlos. Será cierto lo del mtto a la máquina o de plano le dieron la tarde al técnico, valiendoles gorro los horarios establecidos. Pésimo servicio. Lo sabrá el dueño? Hoy lun 25 regreso y nuevamente la misma jalada, que no hay servicio hasta mañana y eso que la vez pasada me habían asegurado que los demás días sin falta ya había radiólogo jajaja, me va a dar mucho gusto cuando nos quiten ese pésimo servicio en el trabajo
