★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el arena de recepción muy groseras, acudí a sucursal por los resultados en tiempo y forma ya los tenían pero se empeñaban en que no estaban cuando yo los estaba viendo con mis propios ojos. nunca llego el correo al e-mail para que llegaran la información realice 4 llamadas dos de ellas con tiempo de espera de mas de 1 hora y al final ni en la pagina ni vía telefónica pudieron resolver nada era un simple TELE DE TORAX muy mal pésima experiencia jamás ni recomendaría ni acudiría a ninguna de sus sucursales ... no tiren su dinero a la basura como usuarios tenemos muchas mas opciones con calidad y buen precio
 Terrible service, very rude reception arena, I went to the branch for the results in a timely manner and they already had them but they insisted that they were not there when I was seeing them with my own eyes. The e-mail never arrived for the information to arrive, I made 4 calls, two of them with a waiting time of more than 1 hour and in the end neither the page nor the telephone could solve anything, it was a simple THORAX TELE very bad, terrible experience I would never recommend or go to any of its branches... do not throw your money away as users we have many more options with quality and good price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saben sacar la sangre. Me picaron 4 veces, y cuando me encajaron la aguja, la '' enfermera '' empezó a mover la aguja adentro de mi mano :(
Lo que sí me pareció bien es que la muchacha de recepción me respeto mi descuent aunque había un error en mi cuenta. Gracias Laboratorios azteca
They don't know how to draw blood. I was stung 4 times, and when the needle was inserted, the ''nurse'' started to move the needle inside my hand :(
What did seem good to me is that the girl at the reception respected my discount even though there was an error on my account. Thanks Aztec Labs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, nos tienen formados afuera del laboratorio parados, hay mucha gente de la tercera edad y la tienen de pie, no respetan los horarios de las citas, atención muuuy lenta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... me dieron cita para un estudio a las 8:30 y el doctor que los hace llegó hasta las 9:15. Después me dijeron que ese mismo día me entregaban los resultados y cuando fui me dijeron que no, que hasta el otro día. Y ya cuando volví a ir, saltaron mi turno y tuve que esperar más de media hora para que me entregaran. Definitivamente su servicio es muy malo, solo espero que mis resultados estén bien.
Terrible service... they gave me an appointment for a study at 8:30 and the doctor who does them did not arrive until 9:15. Later they told me that they would give me the results that same day and when I went they told me no, until the next day. And when I went back, they skipped my shift and I had to wait more than half an hour for them to deliver me. Definitely your service is very bad, I just hope my results are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en las radiografías las alteran el día de ayer me la tomaron mal cuándo se las entrege al médico me dijo que estaba mal fue directo al laboratorio y les comento que está mal tomadas en las quejas no resuelven nada y no regresan el dinero favor de no recurrir a estos laboratorios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido en varias ocasiones y sin problemas, siempre voy bien temprano a las 6:30 sin fallas te cuidan el carro y el costo lo das tu, y todo los estudios han salido sin problemas y aveces la membresía si te lo respetan!!
I have gone several times and without problems, I always go very early at 6:30 without fail, they take care of the car and the cost is paid by you, and all the studies have gone without problems and sometimes the membership if they respect it!!
