En dos ocasiones, dos señoritas distintas me contestaron y después de hacerme esperar 10 minutos en lo que "revisaban los precios" justo antes de decírmelo, me colgaban. Pareciera que no sabían de lo que se trataba o no entiendo por qué ambas hicieron lo mismo, me quitaron las ganas de usar sus servicios
Terrible telephone attention to quote studies. On two occasions, two different ladies answered me and after making me wait 10 minutes while they "checked the prices" just before telling me, they hung up on me. It seems that they did not know what it was about or I do not understand why they both did the same, they took away my desire to use their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento, porque solo hay una señorita que atiende en recepción y se junta la gente porque no hay más personal.
En las mañanas es cuando hay más gente, y debería haber otra persona para entregar resultados de laboratorio.
The service is very slow, because there is only one lady who attends the reception and people gather because there is no more staff.
Mornings are when there are more people, and there should be another person to deliver lab results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue 30 minutos antes de que cerrara la sucursal y había 5 personas atendiendo a una sola persona, estuve esperando la atención, la cual fue terrible por parte de la recepcionista cuyo nombre es Arianna Guadalupe Ortiz Pérez, además que ella misma fue quien me aplicó la prueba, porque ya habían cerrado la sucursal y quienes aplica la prueba ya se habían cerrado. Me lastimó y solo se limitó a decir que es incomoda la prueba, sin embargo nunca me habían lastimado. Pésimo servicio
