En las diversas ocasiones que he ido siempre hay un problema:
- las señoritas que atienden tienen cero tolerancia,
- dan mal el cambio o se lo guardan,
- el manejo de las muestras y kit de toma es fuera de norma para un laboratorio.
Si se les hace el comentario a los "químicos" se molestan...
El último, un posible intercambio de resultados. Insistimos varias veces con la señorita y al final nos dijo que si había tenido un error pero nos deja la duda si fue por cerrar la conversación o realmente lo fue.
Al tratar de comunicar con el dueño, gerente, encargado o como lo quieran llamar, nos respondió unos mensajes y después nada, silencio.
Para mi, quedaron como otro más de los oportunistas que aprovecharon la pandemia para hacer dinero.
Afortunadamente ya hay mejores opciones a mejor precio.
¿Recomendable? Absolutamente NO.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, Doubtful SERIOUSNESS
On the various occasions that I have gone there is always a problem:
- the ladies who attend have zero tolerance,
- they give the change wrong or they keep it,
- the handling of samples and collection kit is out of the norm for a laboratory.
If the comment is made to the "chemists" they get upset ...
The last, a possible exchange of results. We insisted several times with the young lady and in the end she told us that she had made a mistake but left us wondering if it was to close the conversation or it really was.
When trying to communicate with the owner, manager, manager or whatever they want to call him, he answered us a few messages and then nothing, silence.
For me, they were just another opportunist who took advantage of the pandemic to make money.
Fortunately, there are already better options at a better price.
Recommendable? Absolutely not.
