No quede satisfecha con la atención prestada, ya que una vez que tuve los resultados de mi estudio realizado por este laboratorio acudí con mi especialista el cual me dijo que la muestra no era la correcta ya que él me había solicitado pylory IGG séricos y en el estudio que me entregaron indicaba otra terminación mig o igm algo así. Regrese al laboratorio y la química una vez escuchado mi queja entro a su archivo, tardo unos 5 minutos y regreso con la explicación de que la muestra si estaba bien tomada y que el error fue a la hora de imprimir. Circunstancia que no me agrado, ya que apesar de su explicación mi punto de vista fue de desconfianza, es decir, con que seguridad o tranquilidad se que el manejo de la información es verídica. Aquí pienso que me debieron regresar lo cobrado o en su defecto ofrecerme haber tomado otra muestra. Por supuesto no regresare, es falta de profesionalismo.

Here I think that they should have returned what was charged to me or, failing that, offered to have taken another sample. Of course I will not return, it is lack of professionalism.
