C	Claudia María Hernández González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En ésta ocasión mi comentario vá encaminado a las operadoras telefónicas, emisoras y/o receptoras on line de La Empresa "Laboratorios Delia Barraza" para con la Sucursal Country Club... Ya que como tal, esta Empresa se caracteriza por su excelente atención y servicio brindado, lo cual se deriva de la calidad que su propietaria la QFB Delia Barraza Sámano le ha impreso... El día Martes 16 de Noviembre de éste 2021 tuve Cita para realización de 3 Estudios : USG Mamario, Mastografía y DOC, los cuales agendé vía telefónica previamente al Call Center, y 1 día antes (15 de Noviembre 2021) me llamaron para corroborar la misma... Al llegar a Ventanilla, me atiende una chica muy amable que no encuentra registro en Sistema de mi Cita respecto a Mastografía... Solicita apoyo de otra persona (quien supongo es del Servicio de Imagenologia), y después de varios minutos ésta última me informa que en efecto : No estoy agendada para Mastografía❗y que para realizar el USG Mamario se requiere lo otro y viceversa❗ Eso lo tengo sabido❗ya que no es la primera vez, ni con ellos ni en otro lugar... A fin de cuentas, me dió la opción de realizarme el DOC y "reagendar" lo otro... ??‍♀️ Obvio no... ? Le pedí mi solicitud médica, me di media vuelta y retiré del lugar... Ésta relatoría es, para que tanto en este Laboratorio como en cualquier otro por pequeño que sea, pongan un poquito de atención al agendar las Citas de sus pacientes vía telefónica, porque literal salí muy molesta por lo sucedido ya que las veces que he acudido a otra Sucursal o a ésta, no había pasado... Upon arriving at Ventanilla, I was attended by a very friendly girl who did not find a record in my Appointment System regarding Mammography ... Request support from another person (who I suppose is from the Imaging Service), and after several minutes the latter informs me that in effect: I am not scheduled for Mammography❗and that to perform the USG Breast the other is required and vice versa❗ I know that since it is not the first time, neither with them nor in another place ... At the end of the day, he gave me the option of taking the DOC and "reschedule" the other ... ??‍♀️ Obviously not ... ? I asked for my medical request, I turned around and left the place ... This report is, so that both in this Laboratory and in any other, no matter how small, they pay a little attention when scheduling the appointments of their patients by phone, because literally I came out very upset by what happened since the times I have gone to another Branch or this one, had not happened ...
