★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con sus tiempos de entrega de resultados y además no hay nadie que te atienda en call center en fin de semna, por lo que si quedaron de enviarte resultados en sábado y nolos envían no tienes con quien comunicarte para pedirles que cumplan con sus tiempos de entrega y debes esperar hasta el lunes poniendo en riesgo tu salud.
They do not meet their results delivery times and also there is no one to assist you in the call center at the end of the week, so if they left to send you results on Saturday and they do not send them, you do not have anyone to contact to ask them to meet their times delivery and you must wait until Monday putting your health at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atencion del personal en secursal. Lamentablemente el servicio pos prueba es nefasto. Dicen que se tardan no mas de 24h, conmigo tardaron 3 dias y con la segunda prueban mas de 24h. Es un fraude ya que la gente acude a ellos por la rapidez de su entrega y no logran tenerla en menos de 24h, es un hecho. Despues de dos pruebas lo confirm. El telefono de quejas y asistencia rapida es un fiasco nadie atiendo a tiempo y no se puede tener alguna escalacion. Tache duro, mejor ir a los otros test, mas baratos y tardan lo mismo.
Good attention from the staff in secursal. Unfortunately the post-test service is dire. They say they take no more than 24 hours, with me it took 3 days and with the second they try more than 24 hours. It is a fraud since people go to them for the speed of their delivery and they cannot have it in less than 24 hours, it is a fact. After two tests I confirmed it. The telephone complaints and quick assistance is a fiasco, nobody answered on time and you cannot have any escalation. Cross out hard, better go to the other tests, cheaper and take the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te detiene un guardia en la entrada y te pregunta a donde viene, le dices y te deja esperando, ignoren al guardia y digan a la chica de recepción directamente y los pasa en ese mismo instante. Fuera de eso, el laboratorio no me da confianza, haciendo preguntas a quienes toman la muestra, no tienen claros guías básicas que ha dicho la OMS, la CDC ni la Secretaria de Salud. Mejor vayan a otro lado.
A guard stops you at the entrance and asks you where it comes from, you tell him and he leaves you waiting, ignore the guard and tell the girl at the reception directly and he passes them right then and there. Apart from that, the laboratory does not give me confidence, asking questions of those who take the sample, they do not have clear basic guidelines that the WHO, the CDC or the Secretary of Health has said. Better go elsewhere.
