15 calls and almost 1 hour and a half trying to talk on the phone and they didn't take the call, very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan los teléfonos, me hicieron ir personalmente a preguntar si hacían el estudio que yo necesitaba, algo que fácilmente se pudo arreglar con una llamada.
Terrible service, they never answer the phones, they made me go personally to ask if they did the study that I needed, something that could easily be fixed with one call.

They do not answer any number, there is no price list anywhere and to ask you have to make a huge line, from three windows only one person attending

Excellent laboratory, ?% recommended, for many years I have visited them to do my studies and I have never had any problem, this last time I visited them, they are still just as friendly, efficient in their security protocol, and one of the things that I most I like is the record they keep of previous visits and studies
