★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, cuando llamas para preguntar costos y horarios te dicen una cosa, y cuando llegas te atienden de mala gana y no respetan las indicaciones que ellos mismos te dicen.
 Bad service, when you call to ask for costs and schedules they tell you one thing, and when you arrive they take care of you reluctantly and do not respect the instructions that they themselves tell you.

They have clean facilities but lousy customer service, the nurses or whatever they are, they are very arrogant and rude!!

Bad service, the people who attend are arrogant and not very empathetic, the person who shows the test is careless, disinterested in patients and has a bad attitude.

Poor employee care. Exaggerated delay and zero empathy for patients. Only 1 person charges. It is not the 1st time of annoyance for attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de llegar a este laboratorio para una prueba COVID para viaje internacional en avión. Me dijeron que eran los mejores de Saltillo. ¡Sorpresa! No hay avisos visibles y en su puerta dicen que cierran a las 7 pm.
Pero está cerrado y sus vecinos de locales no saben nada. ??♂️
I just arrived at this lab for a COVID test for international air travel. They told me they were the best in Saltillo. Surprise! There are no notices visible and on your door they say they close at 7pm.
But it's closed and your local neighbors don't know anything. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did one exam, and the laboratory took twice the cost on my credit card. i sent email and tried to reach them at the phone but no answer.
no answer to my email as well.. now the only solution is to go there during covid-19 period.. I would have expected better support from this company.
