L	Lorenzo Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,la recepcionista de mal humor,no me hacía caso,a una señora que estaba pidiendo una información hasta la hizo llorar porque le hecho la culpa de que por ella se atraso en las pruebas,no pésimo servicio,busquen otro lugar,no recuerdo el nombre de la tipa,pero es canosa de pelo chino, y muy roja de la cara,que se vaya a cuidar nietos ,y pobres nietos. O sea si cierran a cierta hora se supone que reciben al último cliente hasta esa hora. Muy mal la atención. I arrived 7 minutes before they closed and of course they told me to go until the next day. In other words, if they close at a certain time, they are supposed to receive the last customer until that time. Very bad attention.

Personal deficiente que no saben manejar algo tan simple como una computadora para capturar datos, es mucho el tiempo de espera entre un paciente y otro. Además el personal no está capacitado para sacar sangre, lastiman al paciente picándolo 3 o 4 veces porque no encuentran la vena, más de 2 horas para sacar una triste muestra de sangre, sin dejar de insertar agujas durante ese tiempo. Cero profesionalismo de su parte. Por otro lado, los resultados son tan tardados ya andan igual que el IMSS en entrega de exámenes, pues tardan más de 24 horas en entregar resultados de exámenes simples. Si hubiera menos de 1 estrella se las pondría. No les recomiendo este laboratorio a menos que quieran ser lastimados porque esa gente inepta no encuentran la vena. Terrible service! Poor staff who do not know how to handle something as simple as a computer to capture data, the waiting time between one patient and another is long.
