Afortunadamente a mi no me ha pasado, sí he recibido mis resultados por correo electrónico (siempre chequen su bandeja de correo no deseado y corroboren bien sus datos personales cuando los atienden) y nunca he necesitado asesoría telefónica así que no puedo dar fe por eso. En cuanto al personal siempre me han atendido muy bien, sin malas caras ni malos modos, tanto en recepción como en la toma de muestra. Enseñan que el material esté sellado/nuevo, me han tomado la muestra sin maltratarme las venas, y etiquetan las muestras en frente de uno. Estoy de acuerdo en que NO ES un laboratorio para estudios urgentes, pero sus paquetes de chequeo me parecen adecuados en precio y calidad. Hasta aquí mi reporte Joaquín.
