Llamé el día de ayer (sábado) por la tarde con la intención de revisar horarios de servicio para poder asistir al siguiente día y la señorita que me contestó me confirmó que tenían el estudio que necesitaba y que abrían hasta las 14:00 hrs.
El día de hoy me presenté alrededor de las 13:00 hrs y la recepcionista me comenta que no pueden proceder a realizar el estudio con la afirmación de que los realizan hasta las 11:00 am y que después de ese horario sólo es entrega de resultados (aunque en su página dice que ya no es necesario asistir para la entrega de resultados, todo te puede llegar a tu mail). Después de insistir revisan si hay alguien que pueda realizarlo y finalmente salen con que no tiene el material para poder hacerlo y que debí haber avisado que iba.
Siendo un laboratorio reconocido y grande no entiendo como es posible que no tengan el material necesario, la señorita que me atendió un día antes por teléfono nunca mencionó que realizaban los estudios en horarios específicos ni que debía avisar para que consiguieran el material, a pesar de haberle comentado el estudio que necesitaba y haber revisado con ella los horarios.
La chica que estaba el día de hoy en la recepción sólo se justificó diciendo que ella SÓLO esta de guardia. Para que abren los domingos si no pueden dar el servicio y que lamentable que hay que avisar antes de ir para que cuenten con el material.

I called yesterday (Saturday) afternoon with the intention of reviewing service hours to be able to attend the next day and the lady who answered me confirmed that they had the study I needed and that they were open until 2:00 p.m.
Today I showed up around 1:00 p.m. and the receptionist tells me that they cannot proceed with the study with the statement that they are carried out until 11:00 a.m. and that after that time it is only the delivery of results (Although on its page it says that it is no longer necessary to attend for the delivery of results, everything can reach your email). After insisting they check if there is someone who can do it and finally they come out with the fact that they don't have the material to do it and that I should have warned that I was going.
Being a recognized and large laboratory I do not understand how it is possible that they do not have the necessary material, the lady who attended me the day before by phone never mentioned that they carried out the studies at specific times or that I had to notify them to get the material, despite Having told her about the study she needed and having reviewed the schedules with her.
The girl who was at the reception today justified herself by saying that she is ONLY on call. So that they open on Sundays if they cannot give the service and that unfortunate that you have to notify before going so that they have the material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar su información al público, causa mucho problema confiar en lo que publican y e informan acerca de horarios, y peor que ninguno de los datos sea real. En Google dice que en domingo cierran 2 PM, llama uno para confirmar y le dicen que no, que es a la 1. En persona a las 12:20, y resulta que la toma de pruebas termina a las 12!!! De que sirve entonces que digan que está abierto hasta la 1?? Esta vez tuve suerte gracias a la ayuda de su técnica, pelota eso pongo dos estrellas, pero este tipo de desinformación puede dañar planes y agendas de forma muy grave.
