Durante estos años de servicio a la población oaxaqueña Laboratorios Galindo S.C. ha recibido reconocimientos tales como el “Águila Calidad y Servicio” en diversas ocasiones, la certificación y recertificación por el National Cholesterol Reference Laboratory Network y los premios a la excelencia en diversas áreas por el Programa de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (PACAL) en 6 años consecutivos desde el 2002. Adicionalmente y como parte de nuestra meta de satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros pacientes, Laboratorios Galindo fue inicialmente certificado en la norma internacional de calidad ISO 9000:2000 en el año 2004, obteniendo la re-certificación por la empresa británica BSI en el año 2008.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a una prueba de curva de glucosa para embarazada, la prueba es estricta en horario, llegué a tiempo y me atendieron tarde. Son cuatro tomas cada hora, me dicen un horario y no lo respetan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio e ineficiente, no tienen la función de citas en línea como sí lo tiene Juárez, hablas por teléfono y no te permiten sacar cita por ese medio, te dicen que solo por Whatsapp que es la única forma de hacerlo, les escribes y te mandan puros mensajes automatizados, y no responden, es frustrante que sean tan ineptos en tiempos tan urgentes como esta pandemia
Terrible and inefficient service, they do not have the online dating function as Juárez does, you talk on the phone and they do not allow you to make an appointment by that means, they tell you that only by WhatsApp that is the only way to do it, you write to them and you they send pure automated messages, and they do not respond, it is frustrating that they are so inept in times as urgent as this pandemic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cuidado y manejo de los que van a tomar estudios de laboratorio es adecuado, hay mamparas de seguridad, constantemente desinfectan, desde la recepción hasta los laboratoristas tienen una gran actitud, siempre amable, a la hora de colocar las muestras te enseñan que estén bien y los estudios llegan a la hora que te dicen eso es lo más importante, un excelente manejo en tiempos de covid.
The care and handling of those who are going to take laboratory studies is adequate, there are safety screens, they constantly disinfect, from the reception to the laboratory workers they have a great attitude, always friendly, when placing the samples they teach you that they are well and the studies arrive at the time that they tell you that is the most important thing, excellent management in times of covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a covid antigen test. They literally stuck the stick all the way to the back of my throat. Made my eyes water and it hurt. Then she said she needed to the other nostril! I've had other antigen tests, but this one was like she was drilling for oil or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a Covid test.everyone at the front desk was Very rude and Extremely unprofessional they had no intention of helping me. I have had Covid tests before but the lady who gave me mine at this location must have gotten pleasure in inflicting serious pain. She literally touched my brain with the swab, I was screaming in pain for her too stop as she was digging deeper, laughing in my face. Just trying too save somebody else from the same fate, goodluck.
