Los tienes que estar acarreando para que te entreguen una cotización, para que te hagan el envió, para todo, mi pago lo hice desde el lunes en la tarde (porque toda la mañana pidiendo una cotización que nunca llegó y tuve que pedirle a otro vendedor mi cotizacion) y hasta el jueves me hicieron el trámite para enviar mi pedido y eso porque yo los acarreé, si no yo creo para navidad llegaría... No sirven para urgencias, espero encontrar otro proveedor para no volver a tener trato con ellos. Appalling! El martes 18 de agosto 2020,me dijeron que mis productos apenas habían sido envasados y entonces me llegaría un día después, muy formalmente quedaron de mandarme el número de rastreo de mi paquete, pero hasta la fecha no lo han hecho. Por supuesto el pedido no ha llegado y tampoco me contestan el teléfono, ni mensajes de WhatsApp. Es una pena pues siento que me robaron. Si así fue, pues que se les multiplique el dinero en salud para ustedes y su familia. Organización por lo que veo, y no creo que usen envases adecuados para el manejo de los aceites esenciales, me queda muy claro... Antes de comprar en esta empresa sugiero que busquen otras opciones. Deseo de todo corazón que un día lleguen a obtener los resultados de su mal trabajo. Espero que con mi experiencia muchos clientes eviten un experiencia tan desagradable.
