★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen prisa ni vayan, las recepcionistas son lentas y platican mucho. Te hacen formar otra vez para entregarte resultados y los resultados ni los envían por correo, deberían mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coincido con varios de los comentarios pero particularmente en el hecho de que te vendan una tarjeta de manera engañosa. Te dicen que tu análisis es mucho mas caro pero si compras su tarjeta baja considerablemente. Es un verdadero engaño.
I agree with several of the comments but particularly in the fact that they sell you a card in a deceptive way. They tell you that your analysis is much more expensive but if you buy their card it goes down considerably. It is a real hoax.

La chica de recepción grita, es muy déspota se le olvida que trabaja en un laboratorio privado en cual el paciente es el cliente directo, deben hacerle saber que no está en el ISSSTE o el IMSS (que incluso estos últimos han mejorado mucho su servicio), casi analiza mi firma con lupa a pesar de que mostré identificación digital siendo yo la paciente. Para próximas ocasiones que me envíen a esta sucursal mejor cambio de cadena de laboratorios. Desaprovechan su ubicación por la actitud del personal de recepción al haber otros 3 laboratorios particulares a un lado
Disappointed by the lack of friendliness of the reception staff who I am very square, they have no criteria. The girl at the reception yells, she is very despotic, she forgets that she works in a private laboratory in which the patient is the direct client, they must let her know that she is not in the ISSSTE or the IMSS (that even the latter have improved their service a lot) , he almost analyzed my signature with a magnifying glass even though I showed digital identification as the patient. For the next few occasions that they send me to this branch, the best laboratory chain change. They waste their location due to the attitude of the reception staff as there are 3 other private laboratories to one side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veo que muchos se quejan pero en lo personal me trataron bien, la chica que me tomo la muestra fue muy amable, recomiendo antes de ir hablar a la línea de jenner y así no perderán tanto tiempo en el mostrador ya que les darán un código con el cual será más rápido, lo que si recomiendo es que a personas con síntomas COVID les den otro acceso ya que el mostrador es pequeño y en este tipo de enfermedad el lugar debe estar más ventilado aún con cubrebocas.
I see that many complain but personally they treated me well, the girl who took the sample was very kind, I recommend before going to speak to the jenner line and that way they will not waste so much time at the counter since they will give them a code with which will be faster, what I do recommend is that people with COVID symptoms are given another access since the counter is small and in this type of illness the place must be even more ventilated with face masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal, anteriormente si había una chica muy pero muy grosera y mal humorada y así ya no te daban ganas de regresar, así mismo en ultrasonido era muy mala la atención, pero pues la salud es primordial y estamos pagando para que nos den un mejor servicio que en el seguro médico. Pero afortunadamente han cambiado al personal y ahora sí puedo decir que hay muy buena atención y en recepción fui muy bien atendida y explican todo, así hasta queda uno muy agradecido con ellos.

Personally, before there was a very, very rude and bad-tempered girl and so you didn't want to go back, likewise in ultrasound the attention was very bad, but well, health is paramount and we are paying for them to give us a better service than in health insurance. But fortunately they have changed the staff and now I can say that there is very good service and at reception I was very well attended and they explain everything, so one is even very grateful to them.
