★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO por parte de todo el personal en particular los de recepción, hasta se ríen y se burlan, primero te cobran y después te dicen q no hay quien haga un ultrasonido, q tienes q esperar y después de una hora te atienden, y les dices q te hagan la devolución, y te dicen, q no, q no se puede cancelar, deberían de comentar esto desde un inicio, y una ya sabrá si se espera o no.
Además quize apoyar a mi paciente q venía con dolor en vesícula para hacer el pago y tramite, y no me dejaron pasar, entiendo q hay protocolos, para que no haya aglomeración de personas, pero deben por lo menos de preguntar a q va uno como acompañante, y aun así me hicieron esperar una hora, pero no saben ni siquiera llevar una buena y sana recepción, además que ni siquiera saben lo es atención al cliente.
Además, el área de recepción, y espera de pacientes, está encerrada, no hay circulación de aire, no checan temperarura a las personas al entrar, el personal médico, de igual manera no se checa antes de entrar, tapete sanitizante todo sucio y sin agua clorada.
PÉSIMO SERVICIO.. NO VALE LA PENA ACUDIR A ESTE TIPO DE LUGARES

I also wanted to support my patient who came with gallbladder pain to make the payment and process, and they did not let me pass, I understand that there are protocols, so that there is no agglomeration of people, but they must at least ask who is going as a companion , and even so they made me wait an hour, but they don't even know how to bring a good and healthy reception, and they don't even know what customer service is.
In addition, the reception area, and waiting for patients, is enclosed, there is no air circulation, they do not check people's temperature when entering, medical personnel, in the same way they do not check before entering, sanitizing mat all dirty and without chlorinated water.
POOR SERVICE .. IT IS NOT WORTH GOING TO THIS KIND OF PLACES

No cuenta con estacionamiento,te piden que por PROTOCOLO no pase tu acompañante
cuando la sucursal está totalmente vacía
no hay nadie en la entrada para tomarte la temperatura y darte sanitisante.
El sujeto de la recepción al parecer no le gusta su trabajo ,te atienden de mal modo.
No cabe duda que es el peor lugar para hacerte algún estudio.
