★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que lamentable que este laboratorio no se haga responsable, me han dado un resultado positivo de COVID y por su resultado perdí mi vuelo y más de $13000 en daños que ocasionaron por su prueba barata, corrobore su información con una muestra de PCR externa la cual me dió resultado negativo, por lo que no recomiendo en lo absoluto el servicio de este laboratorio, hasta ahora no se harán responsables según porque tienen certificaciones. No vayan a caer en el error de tomarse muestras y les vayan a dar un mal diagnóstico!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avis à l harnaque... Le telephoniste donne des prix et envois les touristes dans des clinique spécifique de Mexico et une fois sur place c est un autre prix. L harnaque est arrenger avec la secretaire, les deux telephonistes ainsi qu une dame qui joue le role de gérante... Je ne suis pas surpris.. le mexique est remplit d'attrape et d harnaque..!!
Attention to the scam ... The telephone operator gives prices and sends tourists to specific clinics in Mexico and once there it is another price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan sus promociones, se tardan demasiado y el trato de los recepcionistas que me atendieron el sábado fue muy grosero. Antes hacían descuento a los residentes de Benito Juárez pero dejaron de hacerlo de un momnto a otro y dicen que nunca existió. Dejaré de ir, hay mejores opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo casi una hora esperando mis resultados, son las 18h07 y vine a hacerme la prueba a las 13h30 del día.
Una prueba sencilla de Antigenos y por qué no, el chico que me llenó el.formulario tomo bien los datos y la chica que los transcribe escribió mal el correo, osea, nunca me iba a llegar?. Eso sí, culpan de todo al laboratorio y les demostré que marque 10 veces a distintos números antes de venir y nadie contesta.
Es más que frustrante, ya no se que hacer.

A simple test of Antigens and why not, the boy who filled out the form took the data correctly and the girl who transcribed them wrote the email wrong, I mean, it would never reach me?. Of course, they blame everything on the laboratory and I showed them that I dial 10 times to different numbers before coming and nobody answers.
It's more than frustrating, I don't know what to do anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una prueba de PCR y me la dieron a las 8 horas, tal como me dijeron que lo harían.
Siento que las personas que se quejan es porque no hacen las cosas con el debido tiempo y al hacerlo a prisas, les salio mal.
Yo fui un día antes de mi vuelo, verifique que los datos que di lo pasarán bien a su sistema.

I got my test done first thing in the morning on a Saturday and received results by the evening.
Location is pretty convenient, and they reply very quickly on WhatsApp in English if you have any concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to get a COVID test. Everything was super fast, no line (in early afternoon), and I was able to get the results on a specific form required by the Japanese government. They were also kind enough to print the results for me! Got the PCR test results in just several hours. Highly recommend this place!
