★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marque a call Center para pedir informes de la prueba rápida covid me dijeron que en la sucursal del centro de Altamira la realizaban , fui y me dicek que en esa sucursal no la realizaron solo fui a perder tiempo. Mal comunicación
I called the Call Center to request reports of the rapid covid test. They told me that they were doing it at the Altamira downtown branch, I went and they told me that they didn't do it at that branch, I was just wasting time. Bad communication

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una cita por teléfono el día de hoy para una prueba PCR, me atendieron rápido. Lo que no me gustó es que en el mismo laboratorio están todos los pacientes no sabes si alguien llega con covid y estuvo en contacto con todo el personal. Deberían separar la apruebas para covid o aislar de manera correcta.
I made an appointment on the phone today for a PCR test, they answered me quickly. What I didn't like is that all the patients are in the same laboratory, you don't know if someone comes with covid and was in contact with all the staff. They should separate the proof for covid or isolate correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 veses he acudido a este lugar y he recibido muy buen servicio fácil, rápido y , seguro y además si llevo la orden del doctor tienen promociones muy buenas para que pagues menos gracias.
2 times I have come to this place and I have received very good service, easy, fast and safe and also if I have the doctor's order they have very good promotions so that you pay less, thank you.
