★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La doctora no me dijo nada sobre mi ultrasonido no me explico nada solo pague $600,se tardaron en atenderme no me dijo q son mis bebés ni si quiera vi sus manitas ni sus piernitas no me explico nada en el proceso del ultrasonido, osea q muy mal trabajo no se los recomiendo es un azco y ya me querían cobrar $ 300 más x q eran 2 ya no pague nada y no me dieron disco ni fotos nada me entregaron solo me robaron y la doctora preguntando a otra q estaba ahí q que hacía primero que mal son una BASURA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, más de 2 hrs para un ultrasonido y llega gente y pasa sin siquiera esperar su turno, no te saben atender solo que pagues y ya es lo único que les interesa en este laboratorio, pedí informes y solo dicen que hay más gente adelante de ti, raro porque llegue en un horario donde fui el primero.
Terrible service, more than 2 hours for an ultrasound and people arrive and pass by without even waiting for their turn, they don't know how to attend to you, only that you pay and that is the only thing that interests them in this laboratory, I asked for reports and they only say that there are more people ahead of you, strange because I arrived at a time when I was the first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su propaganda dice que en 4 horas entregan resultados, cuando llegas y pagas te dan una hora distinta, ejemplo llegaste a las 7:00 hrs. Y te dicen que los resultados estarán hasta las 12:00 hrs. Llegué a las 12:15 hrs. Y no tenían los resultados, argumentando un problema con la impresión de los resultados y que esperara 1/2 hora o que regresara, regrese a lad 13:05 hrs. Y no estaban los resultados y me dijerón lo mismo, reclame que ya me habian dicho eso casi una hora antes, disque llamaron por telefono y dijeron
Que ya solo los hibsn s bajar que me sentarara y esperara, espere 15 minutos y le dije a la Señorita que para bajar unos resultados ya era mucho tiempo?, total perdí 40 minutos mas para que con presión me entregaran los resulrados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo fuimos a ese laboratorio por que nuestro medico lo sugirió pero se ve sucio el lugar, algunas de las personas que atienden adentro andan sin cubrebocas y al darme los resultados la señorita se baja el cubrebocas y tose los estudios.
Falta invertir en capacitaciones para el personal y un buen reclutador de recursos humanos por que deja mucho que desear el personal.
We only went to that laboratory because our doctor suggested it, but the place looks dirty, some of the people who attend inside go without a mask and when she gives me the results, the lady lowers her mask and coughs up the studies.
It is necessary to invest in training for the staff and a good human resources recruiter because the staff leaves much to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this laboratory for a emergency ultrasound for my oldest son, after being looking for a right place where to obtain the ultrasound and get the results the same day we finally found this laboratory. I would give five stars but the waiting time was more than expected and it was not because a large number of customers it really was because at the moment of check in and after pay for the ultrasound somebody forgot to place my son's name in the waiting list for the ultrasound so I ended up asking three times what was happening and after fourty five minutes the front desk lady came out ant asked me for "the patient's name " that is how I noticed that they forgot put in line my son's name after that everything was smooth and fast.
Great attitude in order to give good customer service, staff was polite, clean facility, it has not parking lot but easily patients can be drop off and picked them up from the laboratory.
