★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí con mi tía para que se realizara varios estudios llegamos desde las 9 de la mañana es casi la 1 de la tarde y aún seguimos aquí, el radiólogo es de lo más déspota no se presta ni para hablar ni para hacerle una pregunta y así como nosotras hay varias personas que están casi en la misma situación ya desesperadas por el tiempo que llevan esperando y no sé cómo manejen su sistema pues hay personas que llegaron mucho después y ya hasta se fueron y varios se quejan de lo mismo, cómo es posible que hagan este tipo de cosas más cuando se “supone” estamos en semáforo rojo y aquí tienen a las personas por cuántas horas y personas de la tercera edad que están aquí esperando desde hace mucho y exponiéndolas a un posible contagio. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio , tal vez yo corrí con suerte la persona de ventanilla muy amable y la radiologa tambien y no me tardaron mucho solo lo necesario en menos de una hora salí, iré nuevamente mañana y ya veré si corro con la misma suerte!
Very good service, maybe I was lucky to have the person at the very friendly window and the radiologist as well and it didn't take me long, just what was necessary in less than an hour I left, I will go again tomorrow and I'll see if I run with the same luck!

La excepción la persona de seguridad privada que se encuentra en la puerta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi cita la tenia ala 1pm llegue 20 min antes y son las 2:30 y aun no pasan a mi esposa le comente ala recepcionista dijo que lo hiba a checar y aun así no hay respuesta lo malo es que vengo desde Ameca Ameca mi esposa lleva como quien dice casi 4 horas sentada y aun no hay respuesta. Lamentablemente es un servicio malo ojala y pongan mas empeño a su trabajo y menos empeño al cotorreo y cuando se realizó la cita todavia te reiteran no llegar tarde

Las de recepción groseras, déspotas. Por teléfono dicen una cosa y en persona otra. Bien me decían que mejor acudiera a otro laboratorio de mejor categoría. Primera y última vez, definitivamente HORRIBLE TODO.

Rude receptionists, despots. On the phone they say one thing and in person another. Well they told me that I had better go to another laboratory of better category. First and last time, definitely HORRIBLE EVERYTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio espero una hora para que me realizaran, mi estudio y ala hora de mi entrega igual una hora, ya que no los tenían listos, aparte de que mi ultrasonido 4D estaba mal realizado, en verdad no sé los recomiendo, aparte super mala actitud de las recepcionistas.
Terrible service I waited an hour for them to perform my study and at the time of my delivery the same one hour, since they did not have them ready, apart from the fact that my 4D ultrasound was poorly performed, I really do not know I recommend them, apart from super bad attitude of the receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipos de buena calidad, pero muy mala actitud de la recepcionista y del chico de la entrada que suple al guardia de seguridad.
Acudimos a esta sucursal ya que era la única con ultrasonido disponible el mismo día, pero su servicio dista mucho de las demás sucursales de Olab.
Good quality equipment, but very bad attitude from the receptionist and the guy at the entrance who stands in for the security guard.
We went to this branch since it was the only one with ultrasound available on the same day, but its service is far from the other Olab branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le di una estrella para poder comentar, pero es una pésima sucursal, EVITENLA. Las recepcionistas pésimas, el técnico malo, mal servicio, malas caras, desconocen los términos para hacer su trabajo. Al llegar me dicen que su máquina no sirve, pero que si quiero regrese después y a ver si ya sirve. Son de lo peor, solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y corajes. Gente poco profesional.
I gave it a star to be able to comment, but it is a lousy branch, AVOID IT. The lousy receptionists, the bad technician, bad service, bad faces, they don't know the terms to do their job. When I arrive they tell me that their machine doesn't work, but if I want to come back later and see if it works. They are the worst, they just made me waste my time and courage. Unprofessional people.
