★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia. Dieciendo que iban a tener los resultados de mi bebe en miercoles, regreso en viernes y aun no estan. Su sistema en linea no funciona, personal no ofrecen disculpas y en vez se enojan. Todo eso cuando uno esta preocupado por la salud de un familiar. Muy lamentable el servicio y hace dudar de la confiabilidad de los estudios
Terrible experience. Saying that they were going to have the results of my baby on Wednesday, I return on Friday and they are still not there. Their online system doesn't work, staff don't offer apologies and instead get angry. All this when one is worried about the health of a family member. The service is very unfortunate and casts doubt on the reliability of the studies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, jamás volvería a un lugar donde la chica que ejecuta las pruebas de antígenos COVID no tiene ni la más mínima idea de lo que es trato a cliente y calidez en la aplicación. Saliendo de la prueba empezó a sangrarme la nariz por la pésima ejecución. Suelo hacerme este tipo de pruebas por solicitud de trabajo y aseguro que esta fue la peor de todas. Además, la prueba es cara en este lugar en comparación a la competencia.
Te recomiendo ir a Chopo qué esta a unas cuadras de ese horrendo lugar.
Terrible experience, I would never go back to a place where the girl who runs the COVID antigen tests does not have the slightest idea of what customer service and warmth in the application is. Coming out of the test my nose started to bleed from the lousy execution. I usually do this type of test for a job application and I assure you that this was the worst of all. Also, testing is expensive at this location compared to the competition.
I recommend you go to Chopo which is a few blocks from that horrible place.
