★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de mi vida, mi hijo enfermo, con temperaturas de 38.9, mandamos un simple EGO que tardan 1 hr en analizar y tardaron más de 6 hrs en entregar resultados, tuvimos que marcar a Matriz que por cierto también una porquería de servicio para que "intentaran" analizarlo más rápido, nos dijeron literal "fue su culpa por NO PAGAR POR EMERGENCIA" , PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.
The worst service of my life, my sick son, with temperatures of 38.9, we sent a simple EGO that took 1 hr to analyze and took more than 6 hrs to deliver results, we had to mark Matrix which by the way also a service crap to They "tried" to analyze it faster, they literally told us "it was their fault for NOT PAYING FOR EMERGENCY", AWFUL SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre amables, siempre profesionales. Es el lugar en Lomas donde me voy para todos mis estudios. Es facil estar criticando cuando estamos en apuras o pandemia pero la realidad es que en estas situaciones solamente en emergencias de un hospital te van a atender más rapido.
Always friendly, always professional. It is the place in Lomas where I go for all my studies. It is easy to be criticizing when we are in a hurry or a pandemic but the reality is that in these situations only in hospital emergencies will they attend to you faster.
