Clínica Ruiz Laboratorios (Laboratorios Clínicos de Puebla S.A. de C.V.),es una institución privada, fundada hace más de 70 años, comprometida en la realización de análisis clínicos que ofrece, además de los servicios de asistencia, actividades de enseñanza y de investigación científica en el campo de la Medicina de Laboratorio. Desde el inicio de sus actividades, en Enero de 1950, fueron incorporados profesionales con especialidades relacionadas con la Medicina de Laboratorio y se iniciaron actividades de enseñanza, que inicialmente fueron de tipo tutorial, y sin reconocimiento por Instituciones de Educación Superior u organismos de otro tipo. Al pasar el tiempo se han formalizado estas actividades ante diversas instancias.
El interés en actividades académicas y científicas ha caracterizado a la institución a lo largo de su existencia, lo que puede constatarse por su inscripción en el Registro de Instituciones y Empresas Científicas y Tecnológicas del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología.

Trato de registrarme para ver los resultados y el sistema me dice usuario existente , no me deja ingresar
Todo demasiado complicado mejor ir con otros laboratorios que no te hacen perder tanto tiempo y son mas practicos y certeros
Bad service, I don't get the invoice, I call to complain and the lady tells me "please check your spam" as if I were stupid, I already checked it and ... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INVOICE
I try to register to see the results and the system tells me an existing user, it won't let me log in
All too complicated, better to go with other laboratories that do not waste so much time and are more practical and accurate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO atención al teléfono, la Srita estaba muerta de la risa con otras personas al teléfono y cuando le indique los estudios solo me puso en espera y ni verificó que son estudios específicos y sin preguntar me dijo que no los hacen en 2 seg. entiendo que ya se quieren ir o están relajadas pero la enfermedad no espera y es falta de respeto al paciente. si ya tenía en lista negra a estos laboratorios ahora jamás vuelvo a pagar ahí nada y más cuando ni se molestan en revisar
PESIMO attention to the phone, Miss was laughing with other people on the phone and when I indicated the studies only put me on hold and did not verify that they are specific studies and without asking I said they do not in 2 sec. I understand that they already want to go or are relaxed but the disease does not wait and it is lack of respect for the patient. If I already had those laboratories blacklisted now, I never pay anything back there and more when they do not even bother to check

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para asegurarme de que me podían hacer los exámenes que me pidió mi seguro y me dijeron que sí, llegué en la mañana y ahora me dicen que no. No dejen que cualquiera conteste sus teléfonos o díganles que pregunten si no saben dar una respuesta, no hagan perder el tiempo a la gente!
I spoke to make sure they could do the tests that my insurance asked me to do and they said yes, I arrived in the morning and now they say no. Don't let anyone answer their phones or tell them to ask if they can't give an answer, don't waste people's time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO VAYAN. Mal servicio. No te dan las instrucciones correctas. Me hicieron dar tres vueltas para un simple estudio. Mejor vayan a la sucursal principal. La ubicación es buena pero el trato es muy deplorable.
DO NOT GO. Bad service. They don't give you the correct instructions. They made me go around three times for a simple study. Better go to the main branch. The location is good but the treatment is very deplorable.
