Clínica Ruiz Laboratorios (Laboratorios Clínicos de Puebla S.A. de C.V.),es una institución privada, fundada hace más de 70 años, comprometida en la realización de análisis clínicos que ofrece, además de los servicios de asistencia, actividades de enseñanza y de investigación científica en el campo de la Medicina de Laboratorio. Desde el inicio de sus actividades, en Enero de 1950, fueron incorporados profesionales con especialidades relacionadas con la Medicina de Laboratorio y se iniciaron actividades de enseñanza, que inicialmente fueron de tipo tutorial, y sin reconocimiento por Instituciones de Educación Superior u organismos de otro tipo. Al pasar el tiempo se han formalizado estas actividades ante diversas instancias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima entrega de resultados. Mi hija requeria un examen de orina y perdieron la muestra dos veces. Me dijeron que cuando estuviera listo el resultado, me llamarian por telefono, despues de un año, siguen sin llamar. Tuve que llevar mis muestras a otro laboratorio.
Pesima delivery of results. My daughter required a urine test and they lost the sample twice. They told me that when the result was ready, they would call me by phone, after a year, they still don't call. I had to take my samples to another laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi cita era a las 7:00am examen de COVID-19 cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que esperar afuera éramos cerca de 7 personas esperando afuera en el frío, y solo dejaban pasar una persona a la vez, entiendo perfectamente sus protocolos pero debería existir coordinación entre su logística para que no nos hagan esperar afuera como animales. No creo que las personas que venimos lo hagamos por hobbie, vengo enferma con posibilidades de neumonía y a estas personas algo les hace pensar que venimos sanos y por gusto que patéticos. En sus peticiones para darte el servicio por llamada te piden que llegues antes! Cómo para que?? Si no tienen coordinación litoral les vale madre la salud de las personas. Se me hace súper grosero que no respeten el tiempo de las personas
Terrible service, my appointment was at 7:00 am COVID-19 exam when I arrived they told me that I had to wait outside we were about 7 people waiting outside in the cold, and they only let one person pass at a time, I perfectly understand their protocols but there should be coordination between their logistics so that they don't make us wait outside like animals. I do not think that people who come do it as a hobby, I come ill with the possibility of pneumonia and these people think something that we come healthy and for pleasure that pathetic. In their requests to give you service by call they ask you to arrive earlier! How for what ?? If they do not have coastal coordination, the health of the people is worth it. It seems super rude that they don't respect people's time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente no proporciona seguridad de cumplir con protocolo de sanidad, empezando que por espacio, y que al realizarte estudios no quieren ni utilizar guantes nuevos entre cada paciente, solo se quieren poner gel y si les pides que se los cambié se molestan y te hace el estudio de mala gaba, no usan careta, y no no hay buen servio al tener tu que estar preguntando cómo botines tus resultados. Decepción en servicio
