★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve malas experiencias, la primera la actitud de su recepcionista me quiso tratar como ignorante y no se lo permití, como consecuencia se puso grosera y agresiva. Despúes de la toma de sangre para estudios, me dejaron el brazo morado, al reclamar a la técnica, argumento que era mi culpa por no apretar el brazo, una vez más tuve un enfrentamiento épico. Afortunadamente el moretón duro unos días y sano. Sin embargo les pido eviten este laboratorio: el servicio al cliente NO EXISTE, abusan de que se encuentran en una zona popular y te quieren tratar con la punta del pie. NO se dejen llevar, por que lo barato sale caro.
I had bad experiences, the first the attitude of her receptionist wanted to treat me as ignorant and I did not allow it, as a consequence she became rude and aggressive. After taking blood for studies, they left my arm purple, when I claimed the technique, I argue that it was my fault for not squeezing the arm, once again I had an epic confrontation. Fortunately the bruise lasted a few days and was healthy. However, I ask you to avoid this laboratory: customer service DOES NOT EXIST, they abuse that they are in a popular area and they want to treat you with the tip of your foot. DO NOT get carried away, because cheap is expensive.
