★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve esperando en el frío de la mañana porque mi cita era a primera hora y el laboratorio ni siquiera estaba abierto. Una pérdida de tiempo. Falta de seriedad en las citas. No lo recomiendo. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría.
Terrible service, I was waiting in the cold in the morning because my appointment was first thing in the morning and the lab was not even open. A waste of time. Lack of seriousness in dating. I do not recommend it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Acudí con mi hijo para una toma de sangre, para ambos, y al día siguiente, nos apareció un moretón bastante grande en la zona que recibimos el piquete (brazo), regresé al laboratorio para obtener una respuesta y sólo me contestaron que me aplicara fomentos. No soy médico, pero estoy seguro que la técnica usada para la extracción de sangre no fue la adecuada!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal mal servicio, espere 40 minutos a que me atendieran y cuando por fin me atendieron y con cita me salieron qué ahí no le podían hacer el electrocardiograma a mi mamá que fuera a otra sucursal, fui a 3 si a 3 diferentes sucursales y en las tres ninguna me dio el servicio (no estaba disponible alegaron) aparte que solo hasta la 1 atienden, inviertan un poco más y vayan al chopo u otro de mayor calidad porque sinceramente jenner es de mala calidad y atención.

El personal del lugar muy amable y cordial, organizado.
Lo qué está muy chafa es qué los resultados no llegan al correo, ni tampoco cargan en la página... ?????

Solo una queja, una vez se equivocaron se estudios y me realizaron otros que no eran obviamente les reclamé y me dijeron que no se hacen responsables, y que mandará correo electrónico también marque a un número y sigo esperando el reembolso ya tiene como medio año del año pasado pero nada. Pero todo lo demás excelente.
