Son perfectamente atentos en todo momento, desde que llamas por telefono la primera vez hasta que sales de ahí (Policia de la entrada, recepcionistas, el personal de limpieza, quien toma las muestras, atención telefónica... todos!). La atención es de mucha calidez humana y eso genera mucha confianza y tranquilidad. Tienen precios muy buenos y las tomas son de otro nivel, son inperseptibles y te hacen sentir tranquilo (y lo digo yo que me cuesta mucho trabajo que me saquen sangre jaja). El lugar está muy agradable. 10 /10

They are perfectly attentive at all times, from when you call the phone the first time until you leave there (Police at the entrance, receptionists, cleaning staff, who takes samples, telephone attention ... everyone!). The attention is of great human warmth and that generates a lot of confidence and tranquility. They have very good prices and the shots are of another level, they are inperseptible and make you feel calm (and I say it that I have a hard time getting blood drawn haha). The place is very nice. 10/10

Mi mujer fue a hacerse el Papanicolaou y la mujer que le hizo el análisis la tocó con los mismos guantes que usó para agarrar una muestra de orina de otro paciente, introdujo sus dedos para hacer el raspado en vez de usar los instrumentos designados y la lastimo horrible! Incluso tuvo sangrado después del procedimiento y para acabarla de amolar todo lo hizo con la puerta y persianas del consultorio abiertas para que todos la vieran!! En verdad, increíble que estas cosas sucedan en lugares supuestamente "profesionales". Debut y despedida en este lugar. Mi mujer salió llorando y con un sentimiento de haber sido agredida. Fue tal su trauma que estamos considerando seriamente entablar una denuncia penal y una demanda.
Horrible experience !! My wife went to get a Pap smear and the woman who tested her touched her with the same gloves she used to grab a urine sample from another patient, put her fingers in to do the scraping instead of using the designated instruments, and hurt her horrible! She even had bleeding after the procedure and to finish grinding her, she did it with the office door and blinds open for everyone to see! In truth, incredible that these things happen in supposedly "professional" places. Debut and farewell in this place. My wife came out crying and with a feeling of having been attacked. His trauma was such that we are seriously considering filing a criminal complaint and lawsuit.

El personal fue muy atento y profesional tienen excelentes protocolos de limpieza y desinfeción, las laboratoristas super profesionales, necesitava la prueba de covid para viajar con mi familia y nos atendieron el mismo día sin necesidad de hacer cita, todos muy amables desde el Guardia que esta afuera hasta la persona que entrega los resultados.
The docters are really helpful and professional I need the covid test to travel and they give me the results very fast and I don't need to make an appointment.
The staff was very attentive and professional, they have excellent cleaning and disinfection protocols, the laboratory workers are super professional, I needed the covid test to travel with my family and they treated us the same day without making an appointment, all very kind from the Guard who is here. out to the person who delivers the results.
