★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sábado me fui a realizar dos estudios, General de Orina y Urocultivo.
Primero, el mismo sábado, se hicieron bolas y tardaron casi 40 minutos en r3ecibirnos a otra pareja de adultos mayores y a mi, cuando l4s hice4 notar que ya habían pasado todos los que llegaron después que nosotros, se dieron cue4nta que4 nos les traspapelamos y se4 habían olvidado de nosotros. Hoy martes esperaba los resultados de ambos estudios y "olvidaron" mandarme el del General de orina, solo mandaron Urocultivo. Mañana tengo mi cita con la doctora y no podré llevarlo.
El pe4o5r servicio posible en años de acudir a un laboratorio de análisis clínicos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El laboratorio tiene gran prestigio y calidad, pero esta sucursal está rebasada. Sus sistemas son burocráticos, utilizan demasiado papel y les falta personal. No entiendo porque en esa sucursal no anuncian la nueva que tienen en el Pedregal, en la cual me comentan no hay gente.
entiendo que las pruebas Covid generan demanda, pero en el camino hay muchas ganacias, sus clientes merecen algo mejor.
The laboratory has great prestige and quality, but this branch is overrun. Their systems are bureaucratic, use too much paper and are understaffed. I do not understand why in that branch they do not announce the new one they have in Pedregal, in which they tell me there are no people.
I understand that Covid tests generate demand, but there are many gains along the way, your clients deserve better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un examen de COVID a domicilio. No fueron el día pactado, sin explicaciones. Cobraron casi 4000 pesos. Fueron al día siguiente y llevo más de 48 horas esperando por los resultados. Las excusas son malas: que no se acreditó mi pago (que hice al principio), que los exámenes están saliendo de la máquina, etc etc.Ahora nadie contesta teléfonos y no tengo los resultados. No se expongan a este pésimo servicio.
I ordered a COVID test at home. They were not on the agreed day, without explanations. They charged almost 4000 pesos. They went the next day and I've been waiting for the results for more than 48 hours. The excuses are bad: that my payment was not credited (which I did at the beginning), that the exams are coming out of the machine, etc. etc. Now nobody answers the phones and I don't have the results. Don't expose yourself to this lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me da tristeza calificar este laboratorio con dos estrellas, es un extraordinario laboratorio, professional certero y muy reconocido por la mayor parte de los médicos., eficientes y un muy buen trato de su personal (5 estrellas)
Es un laboratorio que tiene sus precios y finalmente tu vas donde realmente van hacer muy buen trabajo y eso cuesta. Sin embargo y por eso doy dos estrellas es que ya la factura la tienes que sacar vía internet , cuando antes te la mandaban a tu correo, finalmente si vas a un laboratorio es porque tienes algún. Problema de salud y en lo que menos te acuerdas es en sacar la factura, ya cuando quieres sacarla paso el mes que te dan o se traspapela , ojalá y con el mejor ánimo de ser constructivos ojalá recuperen dar facturas en el momento que se paga , finalmente ese derecho de todos recibir nuestros comprobantes fiscales de manera automática

It is a laboratory that has its prices and finally you go where they really are going to do a very good job and that costs. However, and that is why I give two stars, you already have to get the invoice via the internet, when before they sent it to your email, finally if you go to a laboratory it is because you have one. Health problem and what you least remember is to draw the invoice, and when you want to get it, I spend the month they give you or it is misplaced, hopefully and with the best spirit of being constructive, hopefully they will recover to give invoices at the time it is paid, finally that right of everyone to receive our tax receipts automatically

HOY ACUDI A REALIZARME PRUEBA DE COVID ENTRE 10:30 Y 11:00. EL RESULTADO ESTARIA EN 1 O 2 HORAS VIA MAIL. A LAS 14:00 NO HA LLEGADO Y NO CONTESTAN LOS TELEFONOS.
COMO ME PRESENTARE EL LUNES A LAS 7:00 A UNA CITA MEDICA SIN EL RESULTADO Y EN CASO SE SER POSITIVO SI VOY SERE UN FOCO DE PROPAGACION.
I'M SORRY TO PUT A NEGATIVE COMMENT, BECAUSE IT WAS MY TRUSTED BRANCH.
TODAY I WENT TO TAKE A COVID TEST BETWEEN 10:30 AND 11:00. THE RESULT WOULD BE IN 1 OR 2 HOURS VIA MAIL. AT 14:00 HE HAS NOT ARRIVED AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES.
HOW I WILL PRESENT ON MONDAY AT 7:00 TO A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT WITHOUT THE RESULT AND IN CASE I WILL BE POSITIVE IF I GO I WILL BE A SPOTLIGHT OF PROPAGATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la sucursal de San Jerónimo a las 13:45 me negaron el servicio de prueba PCR el día 16 de enero 2021. Acudí a esa sucursal ya que vía telefónica me confirmaron que podrían darme atención hasta las 13:50. Pésima calidad de atención del personal de mostrador.
