En facturas, no hay quien te conteste, para dudas..En dudas de los resultados de laboratorio, te dicen que te regresan la llamada, y nunca regresan llamada...Antes eran buenos!...Que lástima que, ya tienen pésimo servicio!!
They never answer the phone. In home delivery, they go without mouth covers. In invoices, there is no one to answer you, for doubts .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia que se ha tenido en un laboratorio en la Ciudad de México por irse a hacer una prueba covid. La toma de prueba de la señora Liliana fue de forma tan grosera y desmedida a mi novia que se lastimó la garganta e incluso se mareó. Después, cuando le pidió un basurero para vomitar a la persona que le tomó la muestra (Liliana), esta se negó y le dijo que tenía prisa y que ya se fuera.
The worst experience that has been had in a laboratory in Mexico City for going to do a covid test. Mrs. Liliana's test shot was so rude and unconscionable to my girlfriend that she hurt her throat and even got dizzy. Later, when he asked the person who took the sample (Liliana) for a garbage can to vomit, she refused and told him she was in a hurry and to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en el momento de tomar la muestra para prueba Covid fue buena, sin embargo, debieron enviarme por correo el resultado de la misma y no sucedió. No contestan los teléfonos y se hace imposible contactarlos. Mal el servicio al cliente. Tampoco te quieren hacer la factura en ventanilla y te obligan a que seas tu quien la haga y la descargue. Demasiado caro, para tan mal servicio.
