Pasan 15 min de hora cita , preguntas y dicen Dra viene retrazada llega en 10 min
Pasan 30 min y dicen Dra fue a otro asunto llega mas tarde
NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE DRA ES INPUNTUAL
Despues de inpuntualidad fui a LAB CHOPO y sin cita te atienden en 10 min
You make an appointment at 9 AM for UltraSonido
You arrive 10 min before
15 minutes of appointment time pass, questions and say Dra comes delayed arrives in 10 min
They spend 30 min and they say Dra went to another matter arrives later
IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME DRA IS INPUNCTUAL
After inpuntualidad I went to LAB CHOPO and without appointment they serve you in 10 min

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejamos con ellos servicio empresarial de analisis para mis empleados y comenzamos muy bien pero el servicio fue decayendo. Ya los resultados los mandaban mal, incompletos o hasta que la gana se les daba. Tienes que estar presionando y exigir lo que como cliente estas en derecho dado que no es un favor, te cobran por ello. Te quieren cobrar las mismas facturas que ya pagaste y todavía se enojan porque obvio no pagaremos 2 veces. Solo hacen evidente que tienen una pesima organización y comunicación internamente. No lo recomiendo. Aguas!!
We managed with them a business analysis service for my employees and we started very well but the service declined. The results were already sent badly, incomplete or until they wanted to. You have to be pressing and demanding what as a client you are in law since it is not a favor, they charge you for it. They want to charge you the same bills that you already paid and they still get angry because obviously we will not pay twice. They only make it clear that they have poor organization and communication internally. I do not recommend it. Waters !!
