★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una computadora para actualización de Windows 7 home a Windows 10. Y me la entregaron con Windows 7 profesional. Porque según ellos se alentaría mucho con w-10. Pero no me consultaron antes si estaba de acuerdo o si mejor me quedaba como estaba. En 5 días fui 4 veces y me atendieron tres personas diferentes. Quién te atiende ni siquiera se molesta en pasar la información completa a sus compañeros o a quien hace el trabajo. Y de las tres personas solo uno usaba cubrebocas en esta pandemia de covid 19. Me ofrecieron que llevara nuevamente mi PC para volver a instalar Windows 10, pero ya tuve suficiente. El servicio es deficiente y la atención regular.
I took a computer to upgrade from Windows 7 home to Windows 10. And it was delivered to me with Windows 7 professional. Because according to them it would be very encouraged with w-10. But they did not ask me before if I agreed or if it was better to stay as I was. In 5 days I went 4 times and I was treated by three different people. Who attends you does not even bother to pass the complete information to their colleagues or to whoever does the work. And of the three people, only one wore a face mask in this covid 19 pandemic. They offered me to bring my PC again to reinstall Windows 10, but I had enough. The service is poor and the attention regular.
