★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención veterinaria.. lleve a mi perrita (recién rescatada) porque la veía mal, la "revisó " y no encontró Nada¡¡¡.. me dijeron que tenía un embarazo psicológico. La doctora le mando unas pastillas para calmarla de su "ansiedad" ... pues resulta que a las pocas horas estaba pariendo¡¡¡¡¡ y por las pastillas que le dio, a mi perrita le costó mucho trabajo el parto¡¡¡. Fue horrible la angustia que pasamos.
 Terrible veterinary attention .. I took my dog (recently rescued) because he saw her badly, he "checked" her and found nothing! They told me she had a psychological pregnancy. The doctor sent her some pills to calm her of her "anxiety" ... it turns out that after a few hours she was giving birth¡¡¡¡ and because of the pills she gave her, it took a lot of labor for my dog to give birth¡¡¡ . The anguish we went through was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio lleve a mis 2 perros desde las 10:30 y hasta las 4 y sólo bañaron. A 1 y disque bañado todo feo salió y los tenian encerrado y se supone q no los encierran. , todps estresados salieron y todavía cobran por adelantado y me cobraron y no me hicieron el servicio de 1 perro. No los lleven a sus perritos .
Terrible service I took my 2 dogs from 10:30 until 4 and they just bathed. At 1 and dubbed all ugly came out and they had them locked up and they are not supposed to lock them up. , all stressed out came out and still charge up front and charged me and did not service 1 dog. Don't take them to your puppies.

No, no puedo con lo mal que están estás personas. Tienen a los perritos arriba, azotea con techo y separación de lámina. Hay un perrito que se sabe que está chiquito por su ladrido (soy vecina) y cuando suben tanto el como ella lo que se oye es cómo les gritan: no! no! haste para allá!! Solo puros gritos y no crean que suben con frecuencia para ver qué estén bien.
No está bien, creo que ya ahora le dan menos importante al buen servicio, especialmente en el baño de perros y estancia.
Amigos, definitivamente yo no dejaría a mi perro en guardería. Oigo llorar a esos perritos todo el día y toda la noche...
25 de Octubre 2020. No atienden a los perros con frecuencia ni con cariño. Es pura pantalla y puro negocio. ???

No, I can not with how bad these people are. They have the puppies upstairs, rooftop with roof and sheet separation. There is a little dog that is known to be small because of his barking (I'm a neighbor) and when both he and she go up, what you hear is how they yell at them: no! no! go there !! Just screaming and don't think they go up frequently to see what is okay.
It is not right, I think that now they give less importance to good service, especially in the dog bath and stay.
Friends, I would definitely not leave my dog in daycare. I hear those little dogs crying all day and all night ...
October 25, 2020. They do not treat the dogs often or lovingly. It is pure screen and pure business. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Execelente servicio, hemos llevado a nuestra perrita con ellos desde que era una cachorra y siempre nos han dado la mejor atención, en las consultas siempre nos tienen mucha paciencia y responden todas nuestras dudas, llevamos a nuestra perrita a una campaña de esterilización y todo excelente, también su servicio de estética es muy bueno, nuestra pequeña no sale lastimada ni estresada, sin duda una muy buena opción de veterinarias en la ciudad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son veterinarios, solo es Spa para perros, en cuanto a cortes y baños para perritos está muy bien el servicio pero no saben mucho de medicina y la doctora nunca está, por otro lado tienen muy buen surtido en alimento, accesorios y juguetes, pero definitivamente NO es veterinaria, es solo estética canina.
They are not veterinarians, it is only a Spa for dogs, in terms of cuts and baths for dogs the service is very good but they do not know much about medicine and the doctor is never there, on the other hand they have a very good assortment of food, accessories and toys, but It is definitely NOT veterinary, it is just canine aesthetics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómo lugar para baño y corte está bien se recomienda pero como veterinaria es pésimo si no tienes cita no te atienden como si uno supiera q ese día se pondrá mal tu mascota y la chica que atiende bien payasa de verdad cero recomendable en cuestión de veterinaria.
As a place for bathing and grooming it is well recommended but as a veterinarian it is terrible if you do not have an appointment they do not attend to you as if you knew that that day your pet would get sick and the girl who attends well clown really zero recommended in veterinary matters.
