Ningún correo para notificarte en qué parte del proceso va la compra, hablamos para darle seguimiento y el número que tienen en su página nunca contestan. En el correo que nos contestaron dijeron que ya se había mandado el pedido y que nos mandarían la guía y nada tampoco. Solo comentan que le darán seguimiento y no dan una solución. No recomiendo que compren en su página en línea. Compramos ahí por qué era la única tienda donde estaba la gorra de los yankees con el parche de la estatua de la libertad y fue la única opción ya que new era ya la tenía agotada. Antes de hacer la compra investigue reseñas en Google y todo parecía confiable aparte de que new era los recomienda también para comprar pero al parecer no tienen nada de confiables. No volvemos a comprar en laces.mx al menos no en línea PÉSIMO SERVICIO Terrible customer service, we made a purchase more than 15 days ago and there is no guide number. Pregunta por descuentos, cambios y/o devoluciones. They have tennis shoes that are regularly not common in the market. They also have hats, sweatshirts and some other accessories. Ask for discounts, changes and / or returns.
