Se les llama para agendar cita, no dan confirmación vía correo y para que te atiendan hay que estar rogando.
Les sugiero un curso de atención a clientes.

Cuando la otra persona del mostrador se desocupa... Solo dice: la siguiente y todas las personas solo nos mirabamos entre nosotros.. Nadie ni ellos sabían quien seguía. Si necesitan un estudio no vayan cuando vean mucha gente a menos que no les importe perder su tiempo

Pésimo el servicio tanto en atención telefónica como la de los empleados. Fui a la sucursal de la bonampak y la tipa con indiferencia te atiende, no ofrece solución. Típica empleada que solo espera cobrar su quincena pero daña a su empresa con su forma de atender a los posibles clientes
De verdad que ha esta empresa poco le importa su clientela y si así te tratan no quiero imaginarme cómo manejan las muestras de sangre, quizá ni manejan adecuadamente los análisis
