El técnico Octavio es muy amable y super professional, es la primera vez que no siento nada en una extracción de sangre! Excellent treatment. He could have started a treatment based on these results, which would have been very dangerous. No answer from Laclicsa at all, and no way to receive my own results. Not professionnal at all.
B	Bob Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! As soon as I paid i was told tomorrow was not available anymore. I'm at the airport and missed a NON refundable 300usd flight because I was told by the guy 24 hour results.(not the case) He also told me they would check in my arrival city and not departing..100% incorrect. Now having to pay for a hotel and book a new flight. His advice was at least a $500.00 US dollar loss for me.

The reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that it was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. The person who was doing scheduling, took two hours (!) to do so, multiple errors (scheduled me at a wrong location first; was sending me non-working links, made an appointment at a wrong time etc). My impression was that for scheduling appointments they hired a person who is very unqualified to do the job... If you can survive the pain of making an appointment with them, then the testing center itself serves the purpose.

The medical clerk typed in some of my basic details and took me to the x-ray room. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price: just 20usd. Good experience overall. Keep in mind that there are two separate buildings there: one for the medical lab and another one is for covid tests.
