★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron una camisa como si fuera stretch y no lo era, regresé a querer cambiarla y me dijeron que ya no se podía, el gerente me brindó una mala atención y fue grosero.
Recomiendo ir a Lacoste de cualquier otra sucursal.
They sold me a shirt as if it were stretch and it wasn't, I came back to want to change it and they told me it couldn't be done anymore, the manager gave me bad attention and was rude.
I recommend going to Lacoste from any other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar por llamada telefónica son muy groseros, llegas a la tienda y el personal está ocupado platicando entre sí.
El gerente no sabe de su marca y te recomida tallas erróneas, no sabe atender a sus clientes y no cuenta con sentido común.
To begin with by phone call they are very rude, you arrive at the store and the staff is busy talking to each other.
The manager does not know about his brand and recommends wrong sizes, he does not know how to serve his customers and he does not have common sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de Lacoste a la que he ido, su variedad en prendas y productos es muy escasa, el personal es hostil y el gerente se deslinda de cualquier acción.
Honestamente prefiero comprar en Lacoste de Liverpool que en Luxury Hall, el personal refleja la falta de procedimientos y capacitación de atención al cliente.
Me tocó una mala experiencia que espero a nadie más le suceda.
The worst Lacoste branch I have ever been to, their variety of garments and products is very scarce, the staff is hostile and the manager refrains from any action.
Honestly I'd rather shop at Liverpool's Lacoste than Luxury Hall, the staff reflects the lack of customer care procedures and training.
I had a bad experience that I hope no one else will happen to.

Me vendió una camisa de vestir como si fuera una casual y de una talla equivocada, no obstante de qué quise hacer el cambio recibí una respuesta negativa, deslindándose de la responsabilidad de compra.
Mala sucursal por la atención y falta de criterio en su personal, específicamente hablando el gerente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, las personas que atienden ahí incluyendo el encargado de la tienda no tienen criterio. Se les solicitó que se cambiara una prenda por otro color y posteriormente se le pidió cambio por talla, a lo que se negaron por argumentar una “política de la empresa” se le explicó que el error de la talla fue de su personal, sin embargo se negaron.
No compraré ni recomiendo esta tienda por su falta de criterio y sentido común.
Very bad service, the people who serve there including the manager of the store have no criteria. They were asked to change a garment for another color and later they were asked to change by size, to which they refused for arguing a "company policy" it was explained that the error of the size was their staff, however they refused.
I will not buy or recommend this store because of its lack of judgment and common sense.
