Super linda la tienda solo los precios muy elevados, pero muy elevados

I bought 3 items for my husband as a gift for his birthday and asked numerous times if I can return it. Everyone (including the manager) said "Si No Problem!" He didn't like it , I went to return it and to my surprise it's an" Exchange Only". No returns. My stuff is worth 320$ USD . There is nothing to exchange it for and I don't need store credit. I talked to the sales staff and the manager and all say No returns, despite telling me otherwise 5 days ago. Where in the world did you hear No Returns on regular price items? If that's the store policy, they need to make sure customers know it!This is acting in bad faith. Least they can do is put No Returns sign beside the cash register. I would never purchase 3 items for my husband without him being present if I knew I can't return it! I'm waiting for headoffice reply and hope this will get resolved.
