★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have unsweetened yogurt (a rarity in Mexico) along with cheeses of many kinds including quesillo. The cheese is quite 'natural' tasting with some real flavor you don't get from industrial cheese. That can be good or bad depending on your preferences.

15$ for a big pot of yogurt.
They haven’t introduced testing and explanations when I came but would be great if they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try a sample of what they call Mozzarella, Cheddar and Chihuahua before buying. These cheeses taste nothing like their namesakes.
The Chihuahua is sour and grainy, the Cheddar is an insipid block of wax and the Mozzarella is an utter joke tasting like a cheap Manchego.
The Oaxacan style cheese has good flavor to it so I'd buy that one again.
They also sell bags of milk and ice cream.
