★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueniiiiisimos los quesos y la forma de empacarlos para que se conserven mejor en mi casa. Yo no sé mucho de esto y me asesoraron para poder armar mi propia tabla de quesos.
The cheeses and the way to pack them so that they are better preserved in my house are very good. I don't know much about this and they advised me to put together my own cheese board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El queso es muy rico y el servicio de entrega es bueno. El servicio de ventas por whatsapp es muy malo, contestan cuando quieren aunque uno escriba en horario de atención a clientes. He escrito y me han contestado a las 9.30 pm (aunq el whats dice q trabajan hasta las 4pm). Días contestan, otros no, otros te dejan en visto por horas... eso no me gusta.
Algo que si me gustó es que una vez me entregaron un queso con un pelo y mandé un correo a atención a clientes con la evidencia. Tardaron en contestar pero si me cambiaron el queso y yo devolví el que estaba malo.
The cheese is very rich and the delivery service is good. The sales service by whatsapp is very bad, they answer when they want even if one writes during customer service hours. I have written and they have answered me at 9.30 pm (although the whats says that they work until 4pm). Some days they answer, others don't, others leave you in sight for hours ... I don't like that.
Something that I did like is that once they gave me a cheese with a hair and I sent an email to customer service with the evidence. They took a long time to answer, but they did change the cheese and I returned the one that was bad.
