★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En contratación todo bien te dicen de la planta y darte el puesto de operador rápido y ya dentro es pura mentira , los ayudantes de operador que estaban ya tenían entre 5 y 9 años de ayudante ganando lo mismo que yo cuando entre de ayudante. Y los operadores son pocos y ya tienen más de 15 años en la empresa , tienes que esperarte a que se jubilen o que x desgracia algen fallezca para que te den el puesto de operador.. todo mal , nóminas , bonos de producción etc... Me salí a las 4 semanas al igual que todos los que entran . Por eso todo el año están ocupando.
